Amish Country Casserole

A comforting and easy family meal featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 pound chicken ham
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions.
  3. In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté chicken ham until heated through.
  5. In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni, crumbled turkey bacon, sautéed chicken ham, cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.

  • You can substitute turkey bacon with regular bacon if preferred.
