Amish Country Casserole

An easy and delicious casserole packed with flavors from turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 pound chicken ham
  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
  3. Add chicken ham, onions, and mixed vegetables to the skillet and sauté until the vegetables are tender.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, beef mixture, cream of mushroom soup, and half of the shredded cheese. Mix well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, top with remaining cheese, and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

  • For a healthier option, use whole grain pasta.
  • This casserole can be made ahead and frozen.
